Executive Coaching

Our coaching services are geared for executives and business leaders who want to improve their capabilities, embed more effective behaviours and deliver even better results. At the start of the engagement, Stuart will work with you to develop specific, measurable objectives and then work you and selected colleagues and stakeholders to turn those objectives into reality.

 

You will meet regularly to discuss progress, review feedback from others and agree further next step actions. Stuart’s role will include acting as an accountability partner to you and keeping you focused on your goals and objectives, sharing ideas, concepts and frameworks for you to consider and helping you to work through issues to find the best way forward.
