Weleda is one of Europe’s leading natural healthcare and personal care business. In 2016, its UK business was looking to grow revenues and profits and develop a clearer, more compelling strategy. They asked Morgan Cross to help them make that happen.
- Worked with the leadership team to craft a clear, coherent and compelling growth strategy for the business
- Ran a series of workshops with cross-functional teams to turn the strategy into coherent action plans

Weleda achieved its goal of doubling revenues and profits within three years. It also successfully shifted its business model by developing a national network of Weleda Advisors and creating greater focus around its key brands and ranges, such as Weleda Skin Food, and its high-potential product categories, such as Mother and Baby.
