- Following cost and management restructuring of the business, the new UK Executive team asked Morgan Cross Consulting to kick-start the development of a strategy for sustained growth
Our role
- To lead a review of the competitive position of the business
- To lead the Executive team in a 2-day strategy “hot house”
- To work with the team to establish next steps and an integrated plan for ongoing strategy development

- The creation of a compelling vision for the business, together with over-arching performance goals for the next 5 years
